Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Get your package ready for carrier pickup
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method
We currently ship all orders within the United States using:
USPS Ground Advantage
This service includes tracking and typically delivers within 2–5 business days after your order has shipped, depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
We use weight-based shipping tiers to keep pricing fair, predictable, and transparent.
Local Delivery (Fort Smith Area)
We offer in-town delivery for select ZIP codes in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area.
Cost: $3.00
Delivery Days: Monday–Friday
Delivery Window: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
If your address qualifies, this option will appear automatically at checkout.
Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing. Delivery availability is limited to select ZIP codes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages returned to sender due to address errors
If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
If your package:
Is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or
Is delayed in transit
Please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
While we will do our best to help where possible, Dear Humanity, I Love You. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Shipping Notifications
Orders are considered shipped once they are handed off to the carrier.
Carrier scans may not occur immediately upon pickup.
